Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Area Sales Representative – Tuban to join our fast‑growing consumer electronics distribution network. Based in the bustling commercial hub of Tuban, the successful candidate will spearhead the expansion of our retail footprint, strengthen dealer relationships, and drive sales performance across multiple product lines. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a robust network of new customers, dealers, and retail outlets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams as well as external partners to align on objectives and execution plans.
- Enhance product visibility and brand image within stores through strategic merchandising, in‑store promotions, and point‑of‑sale material placement.
- Own the monthly sales targets (sell‑through and sell‑out), monitoring performance against KPIs and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Plan, allocate, and distribute promotional gifts and incentives to support marketing campaigns and boost retailer engagement.
- Partner with the training team to coach and motivate promoters, ensuring they deliver optimal performance and adhere to brand standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to align with regional and national sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
- Represent the company at trade shows, dealer meetings, and community events to reinforce brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in retail gadget sales (smartphones or comparable consumer electronics).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Analytical thinker – proficient in market analysis, sales data interpretation, and problem‑solving.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Leadership experience – ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of promoters or junior sales staff.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
