Responsibilities
- Process all cash, credit, and electronic payments quickly and accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Issue tickets, vouchers, and receipts for attractions, tours, and ancillary services, ensuring compliance with pricing policies.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, performing regular reconciliations and reporting discrepancies.
- Answer guest inquiries, provide information about attractions, operating hours, promotions, and local transportation options.
- Assist in resolving payment disputes or refunds in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with security, maintenance, and operations teams to coordinate crowd flow and address any on‑site issues.
- Monitor and restock cash handling supplies (e.g., receipt paper, cash bags, change) to keep the workstation fully operational.
- Participate in routine training sessions on customer service excellence, safety protocols, and new technology upgrades.
- Support special events and seasonal peaks by adapting schedules, handling increased transaction volumes, and maintaining high service standards.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards at the cashier station, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact politely with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a high level of integrity when managing cash.

- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure, especially during peak tourist seasons.
- Basic proficiency with POS software and familiarity with common office tools.
- Flexible availability: work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during events.
