Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Account Officer to join our dynamic team in Ketanggungan, Jawa Tengah. This role is essential to our finance operations, focusing on the efficient management of accounts receivable overdue collections (A/R Overdue) for accounts aged 61‑120 days. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure timely cash flow, support the company’s growth objectives, and uphold the high standards of integrity and service that define our brand.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the overdue accounts receivable portfolio, specifically handling accounts aged 61‑120 days.
- Execute daily collection activities, including phone calls, emails, and written reminders, to secure payment in accordance with established timelines.
- Conduct thorough account reviews to identify discrepancies, resolve disputes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to assess customer creditworthiness and adjust collection strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and forecasted cash flow to senior management.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to multifinance operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline collection processes and enhance system automation.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on effective collection techniques and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate relevant experience.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a related finance function (experience in multifinance is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Android mobile applications for on‑the‑go communication and data entry.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility to handle occasional urgent matters.
