Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and serve all menu items, ensuring each order meets Wingstop’s quality standards and is delivered within the established service time.
- Execute the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, dining areas, and equipment in accordance with Wingstop’s sanitation policies.
- Follow strict Food Safety and Operational procedures, including proper food handling, temperature control, and waste management.
- Support inventory control by rotating stock, monitoring expiration dates, and reporting shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house teammates, and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer‑service excellence.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up stations, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cleaning checklists.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma in Hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector, preferably in a quick‑service or casual dining environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a diverse team.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic; willingness to work full‑time, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Professional appearance and personal hygiene that reflect Wingstop’s brand standards.
- Core competencies: customer service orientation, time‑management, teamwork, problem‑solving, and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
- Open to being placed at the Wingstop Pekanbaru area and flexible to adjust schedules during promotional events or peak seasons.
