Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Team Leader – Sales Area Yogyakarta (Rejowinangun) to spearhead our freelance sales network across the region. In this pivotal role you will build, train, and motivate a diverse team of independent sales agents—including housewives, university students, and individuals seeking flexible employment—to promote and sell our cash‑loan products for motorbikes, cars, and small businesses, secured by vehicle titles (BPKB). The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides a unique opportunity to grow within a fast‑moving financial services environment while contributing directly to the financial inclusion of the local community.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard freelance sales representatives from various demographic groups, ensuring a steady pipeline of motivated agents.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service best practices.
- Guide agents in executing promotional activities, lead generation, and closing loan agreements for motor, automobile, and business financing.
- Maintain accurate sales records, compile weekly and monthly performance reports, and analyze data to monitor individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Present product updates and performance dashboards to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local vehicle showrooms, dealerships, and other referral channels to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop localized campaigns that resonate with the Yogyakarta audience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to loan disbursement and customer data protection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, team supervision, or recruitment, preferably within financial services or consumer lending.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate a varied workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage performance metrics.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Excel, Word) for reporting and administration.
