Introduction

MyRepublic, a leading provider of high‑speed fiber internet across Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive – Client Management & Sales to join our expanding sales team. This role focuses on driving new customer acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting MyRepublic’s premium internet services within designated market clusters. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated sales professional with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers in assigned clusters or coverage areas.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face visits and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of MyRepublic’s fiber internet solutions.
  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns, including participation in community events, trade shows, and company‑hosted promotional activities.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by logging activities in the CRM system, preparing quotes, and following up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate contract terms, close sales, and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Provide post‑sale support, address service inquiries, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve any connectivity issues.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvement strategies.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position MyRepublic as a market leader.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in direct sales, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong customer‑relationship skills with the ability to build trust and long‑term partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and work independently in a target‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis.
  • Positive attitude, high level of integrity, and a willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area.
