Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager – B2B & Enterprise to join our fast‑growing technology distribution team in Jakarta. This role focuses on driving sales of laptops, smartphones, and other gadgets to corporate and government projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder with a solid understanding of the Indonesian public procurement landscape, capable of managing end‑to‑end sales cycles and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute laptop, handset, and gadget solutions to corporate and government procurement projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with technical specifications.
  • Lead the full sales cycle for B2B and B2G opportunities, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation, order fulfillment, and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture new client relationships across ministries, state‑owned enterprises, and private sector firms while maintaining strong rapport with existing accounts.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, product demonstrations, and competitive analyses that address client needs and showcase value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, finance, technical support—to ensure smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and prompt resolution of any client issues.
  • Analyze tender documents (LKPP, Siplah, E‑Catalog, etc.) and prepare compliant bid submissions that maximize win rates.
  • Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular pipeline reports, and devise strategic plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging technologies, and industry trends to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry seminars, and networking events to expand the company’s presence in the IT procurement ecosystem.
  • Undertake additional tasks related to sales project management as directed by senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2G sales or account management within the IT sector, preferably handling hardware solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of corporate and government customers, with an existing database considered a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian public procurement processes (LKPP, Siplah, E‑Catalog, tender management).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; confident, professional appearance.
  • Strong analytical mindset: capable of interpreting sales data, market trends, and competition to drive strategic decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (SIM); ability to travel within Jakarta and surrounding regions.
  • Good health and stamina to handle a demanding schedule, including six‑day work weeks.
  • Flexibility to work on national holidays when required, with additional leave compensation (excluding major holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, New Year, and Chinese New Year).
