Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Account Officer to join our growing team in Tanete Riattang Timur. This role is pivotal in expanding our partner network, assessing the feasibility of potential collaborations, and ensuring timely billing and collections. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be a key liaison between our organization and prospective partners across various sectors.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners (Calon Mitra) through proactive marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct thorough feasibility surveys to evaluate the suitability and profitability of each prospective partnership.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of collaborating with our organization.
- Negotiate terms, draft agreements, and ensure all contractual obligations are clearly understood by both parties.
- Manage the invoicing process, send accurate billing statements, and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, survey results, and billing status in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as sales, finance, and operations—to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine outreach strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and collection effectiveness.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and propose improvements to processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 33 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Demonstrated interest or basic knowledge in marketing and sales techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability to assess partner viability and financial implications.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
