The Project Sales Coordinator (Senior Level) role is designed for candidates who have already proven their ability to close multi‑billion‑rupiah projects and who possess an active network of decision‑makers in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for large‑scale B2B building‑materials projects, from initial prospecting to contract signing.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high‑potential leads such as Tier‑1/2 developers, chief architects, major contractors, and glass‑aluminium applicators.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, cost calculations, and value‑engineering recommendations that align with client specifications and project drawings.
- Navigate tender procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and bureaucratic requirements from pre‑qualification to final award.
- Collaborate closely with product‑development, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee seamless delivery and after‑sales support.
- Maintain and continuously enrich a robust CRM database, tracking pipeline health and forecasting revenue targets.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of a high‑performance sales culture.
- Represent Green Mile at industry events, trade shows, and client site visits to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Age: up to 35 years.
- Gender: open to all.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in building materials, façade, or interior finishes, with a documented track record of closing projects worth between Rp 3 billion and Rp 5 billion annually.
- Possession of an active network of senior decision‑makers (developers, architects, contractors, applicators).
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and familiarity with tender documentation.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven mentality with a “steel‑mind” focus on achieving high commissions rather than routine tasks.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and project financial analysis.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working English is a plus.
