Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Bisnis Channeling to join our growing team in Salatiga, Central Java. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business channel orders are processed efficiently, customer data is accurately maintained, and credit applications move smoothly through our internal systems. The successful candidate will act as a critical liaison between customers, the Sales & Credit (SHC) department, and our operational support centers (SOC), helping to uphold the high standards of service that our clients expect.
The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, with regular office hours from 08:00 to 16:00. Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform.
- Collect, verify, and input complete consumer and financing object data into the company’s proprietary system.
- Enter order information received via web portals and internal applications with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review credit applications and process them in accordance with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or consumer grading outcomes.
- Communicate credit approval results to applicants promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the SOC for field verification and data collection.
- Coordinate closely with the SHC team to monitor the status of ongoing consumer orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and ensure all records comply with internal audit and regulatory standards.
- Support the team with ad‑hoc reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to order processing efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer operation and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of credit monitoring and processing concepts is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
