Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts: schedule posts, upload images or short videos, craft compelling captions, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly and with a friendly, professional tone.
- Oversee incoming orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp, ensuring each order is logged accurately.
- Process orders efficiently: verify stock levels, pack items carefully, and arrange timely shipment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product inventory spreadsheets and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Assist in creating simple product‑focused content such as lifestyle photos, flat‑lays, and short video clips.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align promotional calendars, flash sales, and influencer collaborations.
- Generate daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key metrics like order volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to product listings, packaging, or service processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., using scheduling tools or template responses) to increase productivity.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
