- Present and explain policy terms, coverage limits, premiums, and benefits in clear, jargon‑free language.
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with underwriters to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold‑calling, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company compliance standards.
- Provide post‑sale support, including policy administration, claims assistance, and periodic policy reviews.
- Collaborate with the risk management department to assess and mitigate potential exposures for both the client and the organization.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new product launches, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecast future business, and contribute insights to strategic planning sessions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age: 20‑35 years (maximum 35 years at the time of application).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in insurance, banking, or sales environments.
