Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Operasional Administrasi to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—so that critical documents are easily retrievable.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare agenda materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, providing accurate data for management review.
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks while safeguarding employee confidentiality.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors to secure cost‑effective procurement.
- Support project teams by tracking milestones, updating project logs, and ensuring all documentation complies with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Implement and suggest process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Adhere to the company’s health, safety, and security protocols, especially during the Monday‑Saturday work schedule.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or operational experience in a comparable role.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic accounting concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a positive attitude, honesty, innovation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
