Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Pembukuan dan Pengelolaan Data Keuangan to join our fast‑growing finance department. The role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting cycles, and ensuring that data integrity is upheld across both digital and physical archives. Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and updating financial documents and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute periodic financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain both digital and physical archives, ensuring that all records are stored securely and are easily retrievable.
  • Enter and reconcile transaction data in accounting software and Excel‑based ledgers, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit materials and respond to auditor inquiries with timely, well‑documented evidence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary financial information, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support inventory and asset management by tracking equipment, supplies, and office resources.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures for data entry, filing, and reporting to increase efficiency.
  • Provide clear communication to team members and management regarding data status, discrepancies, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a team, adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, aged 18–30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3/S1 in Administration or related fields is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using spreadsheet‑based financial tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work meticulously, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with digital and physical archiving, data entry, inventory management, and basic analytical tasks.
