We are seeking a motivated Administrator Sistem dan Operasional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, ensuring all records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate internal communications and act as a liaison between departments to streamline workflow and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot basic office equipment and software systems, providing first‑line support for MS Office applications and related tools.
- Prepare regular reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for management review, demonstrating strong analytical and formatting skills.
- Monitor and update company social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely engagement with the online community.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, and managing calendars for senior staff members.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation, setting up workstations, and facilitating orientation activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that increase productivity and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support special projects and event planning as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to produce high‑quality work consistently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Active presence on social media platforms and basic understanding of digital engagement best practices.
