Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrator Penjualan dan Pengelolaan Toko Online to join our growing e‑commerce team. This role is ideal for a creative, confident young woman who is eager to develop digital sales skills, support online store operations, and contribute to our brand’s presence on social media platforms. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing, from receipt to shipping confirmation, using our internal ERP system.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels on the online storefront.
- Update and curate visual content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote new arrivals and special offers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist the customer service team by responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Coordinate with the logistics partner to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping issues.
- Support the marketing team in planning promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights on sales trends and suggesting process improvements.
- Undertake basic Japanese language training to aid communication with our Japanese‑based suppliers.
- Comply with company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a high level of integrity in all transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a university degree is a plus.
- Female candidates only, aged 25 years or younger.
- Creative mindset with confidence in presenting products and brand stories on social media.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn Japanese language basics.
- Strong teamwork orientation and a proactive attitude toward learning and personal growth.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules between 07:30 and 21:00 (8‑hour shifts), including Saturdays.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Successful completion of a 3‑month probationary period.
