We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to promote our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) throughout the Kabupaten Sekadau area. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily canvassing activities across assigned territories, visiting at least 2–3 UMKM locations per day to present and demonstrate the benefits of our EDC machines.
- Identify prospects, qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline of potential merchants through cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations, tailoring the value proposition to each merchant’s specific business needs and payment volume.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- Provide post‑sale support, including onboarding, training merchants on device usage, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to relay field insights and help refine promotional strategies.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the region.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations, including proper use of a valid SIM C driving license and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within financial services, technology, or consumer electronics.
- Valid SIM C and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for daily travel across Kabupaten Sekadau.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with small‑business owners.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while managing time efficiently.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and propose improvement actions.
- Open to all genders; a professional attitude and respectful conduct are essential.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional adjustments for special events or peak periods.
