This entry‑level position plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle, onboarding new talent, and maintaining accurate employee records. Responsibilities
- Publish job vacancies across online platforms (job boards, social media) and offline channels (newspapers, community boards) in alignment with staffing needs.
- Screen incoming applications, perform initial candidate assessments, and shortlist qualified individuals for further evaluation.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview materials, and assist interview panels during the selection process.
- Administer pre‑employment tests, compile results, and support the evaluation of candidates’ competencies.
- Facilitate the orientation program for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and quick acclimation to company culture.
- Maintain and regularly update employee data, personnel files, and confidential documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- Support HR team members in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling routine inquiries from staff.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; unmarried status preferred.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a D3/S1 degree are welcome if they lack prior experience.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, internet research).
- Strong public speaking abilities and confident presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and continuous learning.
- Must not be currently employed, studying, or enrolled in any academic program.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a high degree of confidentiality.
