Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Agen Pengangkutan Kunjungan (Penagihan) to join our growing team in Bengkulu. This position serves as a vital link between our customers and the Indihome service portfolio, ensuring that users receive accurate information about usage, billing, and product features. As part of the Customer Touchpoint (CTB) program, you will be equipped with the My Vista mobile application to streamline your daily visits and documentation. The role offers a dynamic work environment where interpersonal communication, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Receive a curated list of assigned Indihome customers each month and schedule on‑site visits.
  • Register and log all activities in the My Vista application, ensuring real‑time data capture and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face visits at customer locations, presenting clear explanations of service usage, billing cycles, and payment options.
  • Provide detailed product education, demonstrating how customers can maximize the value of Indihome bundles, including internet, TV, and phone services.
  • Collect feedback on service quality and relay insights to the regional support team for continuous improvement.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting common issues, such as connection interruptions or device setup, and guide them toward appropriate support channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of visit outcomes, including signed acknowledgments, payment confirmations, and any follow‑up actions required.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with new product launches, promotional offers, and regulatory changes affecting the telecommunications sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales and collections departments to identify overdue accounts and coordinate polite yet firm payment reminders.
  • Uphold the company’s brand reputation by exhibiting professionalism, honesty, and a customer‑centric attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and public communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in operating Android or similar mobile devices, including navigation of custom applications such as My Vista.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C license.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer visits within the prescribed 08:00‑17:00 work schedule.
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and accountability in previous work or volunteer experiences.
  • No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates or candidates seeking entry‑level opportunities are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
