Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated General Maintenance and Facility Care Staff to join our operations team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components to identify potential issues before they become critical.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment and facility assets.
- Respond promptly to work orders, troubleshooting and resolving maintenance requests from various departments.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services while monitoring quality, safety compliance, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, including parts used, labor hours, and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, performing regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
- Assist in the preparation of the facility’s annual maintenance budget and provide input on cost‑saving initiatives.
- Support emergency response efforts, such as fire drills, power outages, or water leaks, by implementing established protocols.
- Collaborate with the cleaning and security teams to guarantee a cohesive approach to facility management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting upgrades, new technologies, or process enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- At least 0‑2 years of relevant experience in general maintenance or facility care is preferred, though motivated newcomers are welcome.

- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during emergencies.
