Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Frontliner Team Members at our Solo location. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their overall experience, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate with a diverse team, develop valuable hospitality skills, and contribute to the growth of a thriving Food & Beverage (FnB) operation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and address inquiries with professionalism.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑desk area, including regular stock checks of promotional materials and brochures.
  • Assist in coordinating reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists to optimize seating efficiency.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommend menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and related applications with confidence.
  • Support back‑of‑house staff by communicating guest feedback and special requests.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on service standards, safety protocols, and new menu offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing ideas for process improvements and assisting colleagues during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
  • Organizational aptitude, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic familiarity with payment methods and POS applications; prior FnB experience is a plus.
  • Physical and mental stamina to work full‑time shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training and adapt to evolving operational procedures.
