Responsibilities

- Handle, transport, and maintain camera gear, lighting rigs, audio equipment, and other technical tools, following safety protocols and inventory procedures.
- Coordinate daily schedules with directors, producers, and other crew members to keep production timelines on track.
- Support the production manager in tracking budgets, logging expenses, and preparing daily call sheets.
- Facilitate clear communication among team members, acting as a liaison between on‑set talent and behind‑the‑scenes staff.
- Participate in the loading and unloading of sets, managing crowd control, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
- Provide basic assistance during post‑production phases, such as organizing footage, labeling media, and supporting editors with file transfers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including daily reports, equipment checklists, and incident logs.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (no strict upper limit, flexibility considered).

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow direction from senior crew members.
