Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Order Representative (Pengambil Order) to join our dynamic field sales team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with retail partners, managing order cycles, and ensuring timely delivery of products to stores across the assigned territory. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to a pre‑approved database of retail outlets, gathering market intelligence and ensuring product availability.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, entering data into the company’s order management system using an Android smartphone (4‑6 GB RAM).
- Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Identify and propose replacement stores (NOO) when original outlets are unavailable, ensuring sales targets are met without interruption.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate timely dispatches and address any delivery issues.
- Provide feedback on product performance, promotional effectiveness, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, order histories, and territory coverage using the company’s CRM platform.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights and contributing ideas for market growth.
- Adhere to the company’s safety and compliance guidelines while operating in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales or a related customer‑facing role; experience in FMCG distribution is a strong advantage.
- Proficient communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with 4–6 GB RAM for order entry and navigation.
- Residency within reasonable commuting distance to the designated work area.
- Strong organizational abilities, self‑motivation, and a willingness to work independently.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
