Introduction

PT Ambarawa Retail Group is a rapidly expanding retail chain that operates modern convenience stores across Central Java. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Anggota Tim Toko Ambarawa (Store Team Members). This role offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with shoppers, support store operations, and contribute to the overall brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, promotions, and checkout procedures.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including shelf stocking, product placement, and promotional displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Utilize basic computer applications for inventory management, sales reporting, and scheduling.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries, verifying goods, and organizing back‑room storage efficiently.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of perishable items and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management to help shape product selections and service improvements.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and retail technology tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) or equivalent; SMK/SMA graduates are also welcomed.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all gender identities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with POS software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Presentable appearance, honest demeanor, and strong interpersonal behavior.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Prior retail or customer‑service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
