Introduction

The Administrator Bisnis Channeling – Muara Bungo plays a pivotal role in the loan‑originating process for our Business Channeling division. Operating at the intersection of sales, credit analysis, and customer service, the administrator ensures that every incoming order is captured accurately, evaluated against internal risk standards, and communicated clearly to both internal stakeholders and the end‑customer. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual with at least one year of administrative experience, strong computer skills, and a passion for delivering high‑quality financial services in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring no request is overlooked.
  • Collect, verify, and upload complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
  • Enter order information received via the dicicilaja channel promptly, maintaining a real‑time view of the pipeline.
  • Review credit applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or consumer grading outcomes, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
  • Communicate credit approval or rejection decisions to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to facilitate field verification of collateral and borrower information.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Handling Center (SHC) to track the status of each consumer order and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the system, performing regular audits to detect and correct data inconsistencies.
  • Support the credit team by preparing summary reports on order volumes, approval rates, and processing times for senior management.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and demonstrate integrity when handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, loan processing, or a similar financial services role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including strong command of MS Office and experience with loan management systems (e.g., ACCTION).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and verification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, SOC, SHC, and internal credit teams.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
