Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect – Senior Design & Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the conception, development, and execution of modern tropical and urban luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will combine a strong aesthetic vision with a deep understanding of construction logic, site sequencing, and realistic architectural detailing. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction crews to deliver exceptional homes that blend contemporary design with the unique climate and cultural context of our region.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts for high‑end tropical and urban luxury houses, ensuring designs are both visually striking and functionally efficient.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications that reflect realistic site dimensions and construction sequencing.
- Lead the design development process from initial schematic studies through construction documentation, coordinating closely with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies, interpreting topography, climate, and zoning regulations to inform design decisions.
- Manage client relationships, presenting design proposals, incorporating feedback, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the coordination of on‑site work, ensuring that the construction team follows the intended design logic and that any on‑site challenges are resolved promptly.
- Mentor junior architects and designers, reviewing their work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to the firm’s design standards.
- Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and new building technologies relevant to luxury residential projects.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and cost implications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Architecture or related field is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience designing modern tropical or urban luxury residences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of contemporary residential design, material selection, and spatial organization.
- Deep understanding of construction logic, sequencing, and realistic on‑site dimensions.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
