Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Assistant Quality Controller to join our Product Quality Department. This role is essential in supporting the day‑to‑day operations that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with field agents, assist in data collection, and help maintain accurate records of weighing and sorting activities. This is a full‑time position with a regular schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Accompany field agents during on‑site inspections to verify that all procedures are performed according to company standards.
  • Assist in photographing and documenting weighing cards (kartu timbang) to ensure traceability of each batch.
  • Support sorting operations in the production area, ensuring that products are classified correctly and any non‑conforming items are flagged for further review.
  • Maintain organized logs of field activities, including timestamps, observations, and any corrective actions taken.
  • Collaborate with senior quality supervisors to prepare daily and weekly reports that highlight trends, deviations, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in periodic internal audits and assist with the preparation of documentation required for external certification bodies.
  • Provide timely communication between the field team and the quality department, facilitating swift resolution of issues.
  • Follow all safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by current operational requirements).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field such as field assistance, quality inspection, or research support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document findings and liaise with team members.
  • Physical stamina to work on the production floor and outdoors as needed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving quality standards and industry best practices.
