Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment solutions to customers at partner retail outlets.
- Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and guide customers through the payment process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture leads, process transactions, and update sales data in real time.
- Leverage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to create engaging content that highlights Home Credit financing options, driving brand awareness and generating inbound inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and attractive appearance that reflects the Home Credit brand standards.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and fellow sales associates to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing any customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the repayment cycle.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements, compliance requirements, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Prepare brief daily reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights for the regional sales manager.

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
