Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Surveyor Lapangan Proyek Konstruksi to join our dynamic construction and interior design team. The role is pivotal in ensuring that all interior projects are accurately measured, documented, and aligned with design specifications. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to work on a variety of sites across the region, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and on‑site crews to deliver high‑quality interior environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed field surveys of interior spaces, capturing dimensions, layouts, and existing conditions using laser measures, total stations, or handheld devices.
- Prepare and verify as‑built drawings, floor plans, and elevation sketches that reflect real‑world measurements.
- Coordinate with project managers and design teams to clarify scope, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Document and report findings promptly, entering data into the company’s project management system for easy access by stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of material take‑offs, quantity estimations, and cost‑analysis reports based on surveyed data.
- Participate in site visits during construction phases to verify that installations follow the surveyed specifications.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, providing clear updates and addressing any issues that arise on‑site.
- Support the preparation of safety documentation and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during survey activities.
- Continuously improve survey methodologies by staying up‑to‑date with the latest measurement technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no maximum age limit.

- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

- Familiarity with surveying tools (laser distance meters, total stations) and basic CAD software.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime for critical project milestones.
- Physical stamina to navigate construction sites and carry necessary equipment.
