The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, providing attentive service to guests, preparing a wide range of beverages, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, maintain an accurate register, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other bar supplies; notify management of re‑stock needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitation of equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and personal protective equipment usage.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as setting up the bar, restocking supplies, and completing end‑of‑day checklists.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to handle peak periods efficiently, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Provide product knowledge to guests, suggesting menu items and upselling specialty drinks when appropriate.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new beverage trends and service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
