Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and receipt generation.
- Restock inventory such as bottles, napkins, straws, and garnishes, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to coordinate order timing and deliver seamless service.
- Respond to customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, offering solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to responsible service guidelines, verifying age verification for alcoholic beverages when applicable.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and securing the premises.
- Work effectively under high‑pressure situations, especially during peak hours, while maintaining composure and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a bar, café, or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a courteous manner.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
