Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics and courier service provider operating throughout East Java, is seeking a dynamic Manajemen BPO professional to join its team in Kabupaten Tuban. This role is essential for overseeing the partnership ecosystem that supports our rapidly expanding business‑process‑outsourcing (BPO) operations. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between internal recruitment teams, external staffing vendors, and our courier partners, ensuring seamless workforce management and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower requests with external staffing vendors and the internal recruitment team, tracking requisitions from initiation through onboarding.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date manpower database, generate turnover reports, and perform gap analysis to forecast staffing needs.
- Manage relationships with courier and non‑courier partners, including attendance reconciliation, issuance and tracking of warning letters, and escalation of partner issues to the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Administer BPJS (social security) and private insurance programs, handling payment reconciliations, collecting supplemental documentation, and coordinating claim processes for incidents.
- Execute invoice reconciliation on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy of vendor billing and timely payments.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vendor management, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management on workforce metrics, vendor performance, and compliance indicators.
- Travel within Kabupaten Tuban as needed to conduct site visits, audits, and relationship‑building activities with partner locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in HR administration, vendor management, or relationship management within a logistics or BPO environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data using MS Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Passion for vendor management and comfort with repetitive operational tasks.
- Willingness to accept a contract employment status and commit to a full‑time, on‑site schedule (Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30).
- Flexibility to travel locally within Kabupaten Tuban for partner engagements.
