Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and soft drinks, while adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all glassware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stocked appropriately.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as plating, garnishing, and replenishing ingredients during service.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, courteous manner, taking orders, answering menu questions, and handling special requests.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, report shortages, and participate in regular stocktakes.
- Collaborate closely with team members, communicating effectively during busy shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations, conducting age verification when necessary.
- Demonstrate strong time‑management skills by balancing multiple orders, maintaining speed of service, and meeting established performance targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18 – 30 years (late‑millennial to early‑Gen Z).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; must not be currently enrolled in a university program.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a bar, café, or kitchen setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests.
- Team‑oriented mindset, able to collaborate, adapt quickly to changing demands, and support coworkers.
- High level of energy, attention to detail, and strong personal hygiene standards.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
