Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operational flow is uninterrupted and efficient.
- Conduct thorough checks and reconciliations of inventory data to verify that product quantities align with recorded stock levels.
- Update stock, inventory, and inbound records promptly using our internal management system.
- Prepare and submit routine operational reports, highlighting key metrics such as waste, usage rates, and equipment status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to hygiene standards and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Execute the cooking process from raw ingredient preparation to the final plating of ready‑to‑serve menu items.
- Pre‑prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnish components in anticipation of service periods.
- Perform pre‑operational preparation tasks, including equipment checks, mise en place setup, and station readiness.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing, portion control, and order accuracy.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and culinary techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in an F&B environment, preferably as a kitchen crew member or barista.
- Strong attention to detail, agility, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a hard‑working attitude.
- Willingness to be assigned across all Hub ASTRO areas and to work in rotating shift schedules.
- Proficient cooking skills, with a solid understanding of ingredient handling and food safety.
- Effective stock control and data entry capabilities.
