Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks in accordance with company standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, including regular equipment cleaning and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, taking orders accurately and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and ensure proper cash handling protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, assisting with food preparation and serving when required.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and allergen awareness.
- Engage in continuous learning by attending training sessions on new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Demonstrate high initiative by suggesting improvements to workflow, menu offerings, or customer engagement strategies.
- Adapt to flexible work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a focus on individuals ready to start a career in hospitality.
