Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information.
- Operate the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system efficiently, handling cash, card transactions, and issuing receipts.
- Execute upselling, cross‑selling, and suggestive selling techniques to boost average ticket size.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by counting and recording raw material inventories daily.
- Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards, ensuring freshness and presentation quality.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in shift handovers, reporting any issues or customer feedback to the store manager.
- Attend regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety procedures.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as product launches, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work full‑time, including rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and weekend).
- Proficiency in operating a POS system and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated skill in upselling, cross‑selling, and suggestive selling to increase revenue.
- Basic numeracy for stock counting and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
