Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso‑based beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record daily sales.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service to customers, answering questions about menu items and offering recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate restocking needs to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, ensuring compliance with local hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour rushes, maintain efficient workflow, and uphold a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in training new hires on barista techniques, equipment operation, and customer service protocols.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements promptly to minimize downtime.
- Participate in periodic quality‑control tastings to ensure consistent flavor profiles across all beverages.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Work ethic: Ability to perform under pressure, maintain composure during busy periods, and demonstrate reliability.
- Availability: Must not be concurrently enrolled in a college program or employed elsewhere; full‑shift availability (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) is required.
- Skills: Basic barista competencies, such as operating espresso machines, steaming milk, and understanding coffee bean profiles.
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus for serving diverse clientele.
