In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our internet and Wi‑Fi service offerings, engaging directly with residential and business customers to understand their connectivity needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to prospective and existing customers across assigned territories, presenting our broadband and Wi‑Fi packages.
- Identify customer requirements, perform needs analyses, and recommend appropriate service plans and equipment.
- Generate and follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical installation team to ensure seamless service activation and address any post‑installation issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contract details using the company CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product workshops to stay updated on the latest service features and promotional offers.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction insights.
- Represent the company at community events, local fairs, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a Package C certification are especially welcome.
- Age between 18 and 35 years; all genders are encouraged to apply.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid driving license; ability to travel independently within the assigned area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, email correspondence, and use of CRM tools.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory, but a genuine passion for selling and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and a professional attitude toward customers and teammates.
