Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment that blends fashion, beauty, and lifestyle services. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our beauty department, helping clients discover the perfect treatments, products, and experiences that enhance their confidence and well‑being.
The role operates from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and provides a platform for professional growth within a well‑established retail hub that attracts a diverse clientele from across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers through proactive outreach, in‑store events, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized follow‑up and after‑care support.
- Conduct detailed beauty consultations, understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting services, upselling complementary products, and leveraging promotional campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry best practices to deliver informed advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product demonstrations, workshops, and special events that drive foot traffic.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or higher in any field is also accepted.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in beauty, cosmetics, fitness, or related customer‑service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage clients.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory management.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the client’s demographic focus.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday).
