- Conduct health education sessions for expectant mothers on nutrition, breastfeeding, and newborn care, reinforcing community health initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, documenting all patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.
- Exhibit empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism in all patient encounters.
- Stay current with best practices in midwifery by participating in continuing education and training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Midwifery or a related health field.
- Active STR for midwives, or a pending registration process.
- No strict age limit; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical abilities in community health, with a solid understanding of health service ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
