Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of dining areas, kitchen spaces, restrooms, and back‑of‑house zones to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, paying special attention to high‑traffic zones and spill removal.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to the restaurant’s waste‑segregation policy, including recycling and hazardous material handling.
- Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or equipment malfunctions, to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures for deep‑cleaning tasks, including oven, grill, and ventilation system cleaning on a scheduled basis.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet or event spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless before and after use.
- Adhere to the restaurant’s hygiene protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Participate in regular team briefings, provide feedback on process improvements, and support fellow crew members during peak periods.
- Be available for overtime or shift adjustments when operational demands require additional staffing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cleaner, Office Boy (OB), or in a similar custodial role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work three‑shift rotations (morning, afternoon, night) and flexibility for overtime when needed.
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards and the ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Excellent attendance record, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Commitment to safety, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to BPJS Kecelakaan Kerja (occupational injury insurance) guidelines.
