Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential borrowers in the Cikoneng region, promoting Amartha’s capital‑loan programs.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments and provide ongoing financial counseling to existing members.
- Perform field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Execute collection activities, negotiate repayment plans, and maintain accurate records of payment status.
- Prepare and submit detailed field reports, including market insights, borrower feedback, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, cooperatives, and partner organizations to strengthen outreach and referral networks.
- Participate in continuous learning sessions, product trainings, and skill‑development workshops offered by Amartha.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are given preference.
- Own a reliable motorbike or car to travel across the assigned territory daily.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and toughness to work independently in diverse field conditions.
- Basic analytical ability to evaluate creditworthiness and interpret financial data.
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience in sales, micro‑finance, or field operations.
