We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join us as Sales Lapangan – Direct Sales. This role is ideal for recent graduates or anyone with a passion for technology, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets. As a field sales representative, you will be the face of MyRepublic, delivering personalized service, building lasting relationships, and driving the adoption of our premium internet products.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach prospective customers in designated territories, presenting MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi packages and explaining the benefits of high‑speed, reliable internet connectivity.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into signed contracts, while maintaining a pipeline of new prospects.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and tailor solutions to meet each customer’s specific needs.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory reports using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to coordinate promotional events, community outreach, and after‑sales service follow‑ups.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards while traveling between client sites.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: up to 45 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset; capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, mobile apps, and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work standard business hours (08:00‑17:00) and adapt to occasional weekend or evening appointments as needed.
- Positive attitude, resilience in handling objections, and a genuine desire to help customers stay connected.
