We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Partner – Staff Lapangan to join our on‑ground team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new potential borrowers by conducting outreach activities, community events, and referrals to grow the portfolio of loan applicants.
  • Provide comprehensive economic counseling and financial education to household members, helping them understand loan terms, repayment schedules, and budgeting best practices.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk assessment criteria, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each applicant, including income verification, collateral assessment, and creditworthiness evaluation.
  • Manage the collection process by following up with borrowers, issuing reminders, and coordinating payment plans while maintaining a respectful and supportive relationship.
  • Collaborate closely with internal loan officers, risk analysts, and the operations team to streamline the approval workflow and resolve any client‑related issues.
  • Maintain accurate field logs, GPS‑tracked visit records, and timely updates to the central CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, community workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years accepted).
  • All genders are welcome; female candidates are preferred due to community outreach considerations.
  • Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Pandeglang region.
  • Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle a high volume of client interactions.
  • Basic digital literacy: comfortable using mobile applications, spreadsheets, and data entry tools for analysis.
  • No prior experience required; however, previous exposure to sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is advantageous.
