Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product inquiries and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, including the cash drawer, receipts, and promotional materials.
- Reconcile daily cash registers, prepare end‑of‑day reports, and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales associates, stock personnel, and management to ensure inventory levels are accurate and shelves are well‑stocked.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, cash handling, and data security.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on new products, POS updates, and customer service best practices.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekdays and Saturdays, from 08:00 to 17:00, while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Experience: Prior experience in retail cashiering or a related customer‑facing role is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong aptitude are welcome.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer literacy.
