Responsibilities
- Deliver computer science and ICT lessons that align with the established curriculum, ensuring coverage of both foundational concepts and advanced topics.
- Design and conduct hands‑on laboratory sessions, guiding students through practical projects such as multimedia creation, web development, and CAD modeling.
- Mentor student teams during capstone projects, providing technical direction, troubleshooting support, and constructive feedback.
- Stay current with emerging technologies—such as AI tools, cloud platforms, and new design software—and integrate relevant innovations into classroom activities.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical examinations, delivering timely and actionable feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop interdisciplinary modules that connect computer skills with subjects like geography (ArcGIS) and business (Office Automation).
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach events to promote the institution’s educational mission.
- Maintain classroom resources, including software licenses, hardware equipment, and learning management systems, ensuring a safe and functional learning environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 in Computer Science or a related field (S1 preferred).
- At least 1 year of teaching experience or relevant industry experience in a technology‑focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following areas:
- Multimedia Design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe XD, video editing, UI/UX design)
- Office Automation (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Web Development using WordPress
- Programming with Python
- CAD/CAM tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Geospatial analysis with ArcGIS
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to convey technical concepts to learners of varied backgrounds.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a willingness to share knowledge and support peers.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth in both technology and pedagogy.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional after‑hours events or workshops.
