Responsibilities
- Process all customer transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Provide courteous and solution‑focused customer service, addressing inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that merchandise displays and promotional materials are tidy and up‑to‑date.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock counts, and shelf‑stocking during off‑peak hours.
- Update product listings and respond to customer messages on social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok) and marketplace channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Generate daily sales reports in Microsoft Excel and summarize key performance indicators for store management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions and online flash sales, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies on cash handling, data privacy, and health & safety standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service techniques, and digital marketing skills.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 25, and not currently married.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational (SMK) diploma; must not be enrolled in any academic program.
- Residency in Tasikmalaya or surrounding areas.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail cashier or customer‑service role; prior experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated politeness, problem‑solving attitude, cleanliness, initiative, and quickness in task execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok) and online marketplaces such as Shopee.
- Ability to work full‑time (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) for a minimum contract period of four months.
- Basic understanding of cash register systems and point‑of‑sale software.
