Responsibilities
- Conduct personal selling by greeting, engaging, and advising customers who visit the store, ensuring each interaction is friendly and results‑driven.
- Perform regular stock opname (inventory checks) both manually and using the store’s computer system to guarantee product availability and accurate stock records.
- Arrange and refresh product displays, keeping shelves organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand merchandising standards.
- Verify that each product’s barcode is correctly affixed before it is placed on the sales floor, facilitating smooth checkout operations.
- Assist in promotional events, product launches, and sampling activities, helping to generate excitement and drive impulse purchases.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by tidying aisles, clearing debris, and adhering to health‑and‑safety protocols.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to store management, contributing to continuous improvement of service quality.
- Prepare daily sales reports and inventory updates, ensuring data accuracy for managerial review.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve weekly sales targets and support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Uphold company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer‑service setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated creativity in marketing or product placement, often referred to as “creative sales promotion.”
- Proven ability to work without frequent complaints, showing discipline and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work all days of the week, including weekends, with standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
