Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Part‑time Chef to join our premium catering team. Responsibilities

- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to local health regulations and internal SOPs.

- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of fresh produce, meats, and pantry staples.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform accurate stock counts, and help minimize waste through effective portion control.
- Collaborate closely with service staff to guarantee seamless execution of banquet lines and plated service.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.
- Adapt quickly to last‑minute menu changes or special dietary requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food‑and‑beverage operation.
- Demonstrated cooking skills with a focus on flavor balance, plating, and timing.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn and improve.
