Introduction
The Club Wellness Attendant Services position is a cornerstone role within the hospitality and wellness sector of our resort. Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests entering the spa, wellness, and fitness facilities, providing clear information on available services, schedules, and facility guidelines.
- Assist guests with the reservation of treatments, classes, and equipment, coordinating with the front desk and wellness coordinators to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all wellness areas, including treatment rooms, pool decks, gym floors, and lounge spaces, in accordance with health and safety SOPs.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each session, ensuring linens, towels, and supplies are stocked and presented to the highest standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables such as oils, lotions, towels, and refreshments, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests during their use of facilities, answering questions about equipment operation, safety protocols, and wellness program benefits.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, escalating any issues to the Wellness Manager to ensure swift resolution.
- Participate in daily briefings and shift handovers, updating colleagues on occupancy levels, maintenance issues, and special guest requests.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel SOPs, including hygiene, security, and emergency procedures, and report any irregularities immediately.
- Promote ancillary services such as personal training sessions, specialty treatments, and wellness packages, contributing to revenue generation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) preferred; at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in spa, wellness, or fitness center environments within hotels or resorts is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver guest service that is both friendly and professional.
- Excellent attention to detail, disciplined work habits, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and willingness to follow all hotel SOPs.
