Introduction

The Club Wellness Attendant Services position is a cornerstone role within the hospitality and wellness sector of our resort. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and fitness experiences, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of service excellence. By combining a warm, professional demeanor with meticulous attention to detail, the attendant will help create an inviting atmosphere that promotes guest well‑being and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register guests entering the spa, wellness, and fitness facilities, providing clear information on available services, schedules, and facility guidelines.
  • Assist guests with the reservation of treatments, classes, and equipment, coordinating with the front desk and wellness coordinators to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all wellness areas, including treatment rooms, pool decks, gym floors, and lounge spaces, in accordance with health and safety SOPs.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each session, ensuring linens, towels, and supplies are stocked and presented to the highest standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables such as oils, lotions, towels, and refreshments, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests during their use of facilities, answering questions about equipment operation, safety protocols, and wellness program benefits.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, escalating any issues to the Wellness Manager to ensure swift resolution.
  • Participate in daily briefings and shift handovers, updating colleagues on occupancy levels, maintenance issues, and special guest requests.
  • Adhere strictly to all hotel SOPs, including hygiene, security, and emergency procedures, and report any irregularities immediately.
  • Promote ancillary services such as personal training sessions, specialty treatments, and wellness packages, contributing to revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) preferred; at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in spa, wellness, or fitness center environments within hotels or resorts is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver guest service that is both friendly and professional.
  • Excellent attention to detail, disciplined work habits, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and willingness to follow all hotel SOPs.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Core skill set: Food and beverage service knowledge, basic first‑aid awareness, and familiarity with wellness equipment operation.
